Tip For Eating More Fruit
Lately I've been running into people who, like me, don't think they eat enough fruit. Here's one trick that worked for me: Artfully arrange some fresh fruit in a nice-looking bowl, sort of like a still life picture. Place the bowl in the middle of the kitchen table, or somewhere that's within easy reach of a spot in which you hang out a lot. You'll find yourself frequently grabbing a piece of fruit, because it looks so fetching and delicious.
